Q: CAN I BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
A: Yes! Send us an email and we’ll provide you with a gift certificate that fits your needs.
Q: I THINK I LEFT SOMETHING BEHIND, WHAT CAN I DO?
A: Please email us ASAP so that we can check the specific vehicle and make arrangements. We are not responsible for left behind items and can only keep items for a limited amount of time.
Q: CAN WE DRINK ALCOHOL IN THE VEHICLE?
A: Yes, we have the appropriate licensing to allow alcoholic beverages on all our vehicles.
Q: WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF A VAN FOR OUR GROUP?
A: Our vans can hold up to 15 passengers for most events. We have multiple vehicles to accommodate your group. Check out the Explore Our Vehicles section on the Home page.
Q: CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD & DRINKS ON A VAN TO CONSUME?
A: Yes! We have the appropriate licensing to allow alcoholic beverages on all our vehicles. Let us know if you need a cooler, ice, glassware or plates/napkins.
Q: DOES SHUTTLE OREGON PROVIDE TOURS?
A: Shuttle Oregon can customize any transportation experience. We have great local knowledge and can design a tour to fit your group’s needs. We also partner with other business’ that we can connect you with.
RDM & BEND AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Q: CAN YOU EXECUTE MULTIPLE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION FOR MY COMPANY MEETING?
A: Yes! Shuttle Oregon can manage your small, medium or large group pick ups/drops offs throughout the day or week. Send us your spreadsheet and we will work out the logistics.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW THAT SHUTTLE OREGON WILL BE ON TIME TO PICK ME UP AT THE AIRPORT?
A: We will text/email you the day before or day of (depending on timeframe of pickup) with the driver/vehicle information. We track all flights so no need to worry. Please notify us of any changes that we may not be aware of.
Q: WHERE IS THE PICKUP LOCATION AT THE RDM AIRPORT?
A: We will be parked in the taxi lane. Come out the main door, cross the street and you will see us in a logoed vehicle. (reminder…you will receive information of vehicle/driver the day of or day before, depending on flight timeframe.)
